Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying students' upskilling needs based on their career interests and aspirations.
- Counsel prospective students over phone calls and provide detailed information about the programs offered.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Guide students in understanding career opportunities and making informed decisions about their professional growth.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs aligned with their career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Education Counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
