Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor network for SPC Flooring products.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support channel partners with product training, marketing materials, and sales support.
- Ensure proper product positioning and brand visibility in dealer showrooms.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–6 years in Channel Sales / Dealer Sales (preferably in SPC flooring, tiles, laminates, plywood, or building materials).
- Strong dealer network in the building materials industry is preferred.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region for dealer development.
