Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Processing Officer-Study Abroad to manage the complete student application and visa processing cycle. The role involves handling applications, university portals, offer letters, SOPs, documentation, and visa processes from initial application through final visa submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student application processing for study abroad applications.
- Prepare and submit applications to universities and colleges through relevant online portals.
- Manage and follow up on university applications, offer letters, and admission updates.
- Coordinate with students to collect, verify, and maintain required documents.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate SOPs, LORs, CVs, financial documents, and other application documents.
- Handle the complete visa documentation and filing process according to country-specific requirements.
- Complete and manage visa application forms, portals, appointments, and document submissions.
- Track application and visa status and provide timely updates to students.
- Communicate with universities and relevant authorities whenever required.
- Ensure all applications and visa files are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of student applications, documents, offers, and visa processes.
- Stay updated on university admission procedures, visa requirements, deadlines, and policy changes.
Requirements
- Experience in Study Abroad Processing / Visa Processing / Overseas Education is preferred.
- Good knowledge of university application and visa procedures.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online portals.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a strong interest in the study abroad industry may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
