Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive for the Real Estate sector to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding plots, villas, apartments, and other real estate projects.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide project details.
- Generate leads through follow-up calls and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/customer database.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in telecalling/telesales preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling preferred.
