- Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop concept designs, schematic designs, design development, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local authority regulations, NBC, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals and technical solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to drawings.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues during execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress updates.
- Manage project documentation and maintain proper drawing revisions.
- Support tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
