About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Molding & Core Shop to oversee daily molding and core shop operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily molding and core shop operations as per the production plan.
- Ensure continuous workflow by effectively managing shift activities.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards during molding and core-making processes.
- Lead, guide, and motivate shop floor operators to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, housekeeping, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor manpower utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and submit daily reports.
Requirements
✔ Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Molding/Core Shop supervision, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing industry.
✔ Good understanding of molding, core making, and foundry operations.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
