Job Description: EHS Coordinator / Support Roles & Responsibility: • Support EHS Team / Element team on implementation of EHS framework and programs for the Site. Coordinate to ensure equipment specific LOTO procedures are prepared/up-to date, signed by all stake holders displayed on the equipment including display of LOTO ids as per FW 2.0. • Coordinate training on LOTO both classroom, practical & maintain data. • Coordinate with security & warehouse team for in-warding goods. • Ensure to manage the overall LOTO device Management: Maintaining Proper stock based on requirements, received & issued devices details uploading inbuild web application, Facilitate LOTO box Inspections at the Operations Area. Coordinate with Vendors for the Orders and Delivery. • Support on conducting Risk assessments, determine control measures & verify implementation, reviewing Task Hazard assessment, recommending to fill gaps. • Support vendors by guiding them on risk assessment & work with ComplyWorks tool for onboarding vendors in coordination with sourcing team. • Support EHS documentation & prepare for inspection / audits for the EHS Owned Area of Operations. • Support to ensure all Power tools entering site are tested and issuing of green tag for test passed power hand tools • Coordinate with Suppliers, vendor & Service providers for monitoring services for EHS related activities • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of EHS activities and support the team in implementing it. • Support in site readiness for internal & external Audits & inspections and take care of complete documentation Basic Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university (preferably Electrical) • Preferred to have completed Diploma in Industrial Safety, NIOSH or equivalent Safety course • Min. 2 years of experience in managing EHS aspects in industrial setups, Engineering industries/fixed facilities • Good hands-on experience managing documentation and records • Ability to understand and communicate of company’s EHS policies, programs to stake holders • Good verbal and written communications skills & computer skills (knowledge in MS Office, Power Point, Excel tools). • Time management skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work flexible hours • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
