Job Title: Executive – Tendering & Documentation
Job Summary:
The Executive – Tendering & Documentation is responsible for handling end-to-end tendering activities, bid preparation, contract documentation, and coordination related to procurement and project requirements in the steel and automobile industry. The role ensures timely submission of tenders, compliance with customer requirements, and maintenance of accurate documentation for business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and review tender opportunities through government, OEM, vendor, and private tender portals related to steel and automobile sectors
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, quotations, RFQ/RFP responses, and tender documentation within deadlines
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, finance, logistics, and operations teams for tender-related inputs and documentation
Prepare and maintain pre-qualification documents, vendor registration files, compliance records, and statutory documents
Review tender specifications, BOQ, technical requirements, commercial terms, and contractual obligations
Handle documentation related to OEM approvals, vendor development, supply agreements, purchase orders, LOI/LOA, and contracts
Maintain records of tender submissions, approvals, correspondence, contracts, and customer requirements
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations in steel and automobile projects
Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for clarifications and required documentation
Track tender status, follow-ups, negotiations, and order finalization process
Maintain database of company certifications, ISO documents, financial records, plant capabilities, and project credentials
Generate MIS reports related to tender pipeline, bid status, conversion ratio, and pending documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Business Administration, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in tendering, commercial documentation, contracts, or bidding in steel, automobile, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Knowledge of e-tendering portals, OEM procurement systems, and commercial documentation processes

Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
