Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Advanced Analytics and Statistical Modeling to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, performing statistical analysis, and deriving actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop predictive and statistical models to solve business problems.
Perform advanced analytics using structured and unstructured data.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B Testing (Experimentation) to measure business impact.
Build data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics (Tableau experience is a plus).
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience in Advanced Analytics and Data Science.
Expertise in Statistical Modeling.
Experience with A/B Testing/Experimentation (similar to Adobe experimentation or other testing platforms).
Good understanding of data analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Exposure to business intelligence and reporting solutions.
