We are seeking a Floor Manager to supervise daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
Responsibilities
Manage factory production activities.
Allocate work to machine operators and carpenters.
Monitor daily production targets.
Maintain quality standards.
Coordinate material requirements with the purchase team.
Track labour attendance and productivity.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
Experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of plywood, laminates, hardware, and furniture production.
Ability to read production drawings.
Strong team management skills.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,135,415.00 per month
