About the Role
We are looking for a creative and research-driven YouTube Content Writer (STEM) to join our content team. In this role, you will transform complex Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand, and highly engaging YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities
- Research trending and evergreen topics across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
- Write engaging, high-retention YouTube scripts for long-form videos.
- Develop scripts for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other short-form educational content.
- Simplify complex concepts into clear, relatable, and audience-friendly language.
- Create compelling hooks, curiosity loops, storytelling angles, and engaging narratives to maximize audience retention.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content formats to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and the creative team to optimize script quality and viewer engagement.
- Ensure content is factually accurate, informative, and aligned with the channel's content strategy.
- Continuously explore innovative storytelling techniques to enhance watch time and audience engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical and scientific concepts for a broad audience.
- Passion for STEM, innovation, science, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience retention, watch time, and storytelling techniques.
- Creative thinking with a curiosity-driven mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in YouTube scriptwriting, journalism, education, technical writing, or digital content creation.
- Experience writing educational or documentary-style content.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and content optimization strategies is an added advantage.
