We are looking for an experienced and responsible P&M Engineer to manage and maintain construction machinery, equipment, and tower cranes across our project sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and site equipment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor all construction machinery and equipment at site.
- Handle tower crane maintenance, inspection, and coordination.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and tools.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Maintain service records, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure equipment safety compliance and proper operational condition.
- Monitor diesel consumption and equipment utilization.
- Support project teams for smooth equipment operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
