Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor multiple O&M contracts and project sites across India.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of CHP, AHP, Material Handling Systems, Utilities, and industrial facilities.
- Monitor site KPIs, productivity, equipment availability, costs, and profitability.
- Oversee project mobilization, execution, commissioning, and handover within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Manage Site Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and support teams.
- Ensure optimum manpower and resource utilization across sites.
- Lead key client relationships, review meetings, escalations, and contractual compliance.
- Monitor P&L, cost control, invoicing, certification, and payment collection.
- Ensure strict Safety, Quality, Statutory & Environmental Compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Provide MIS and performance reports to senior management.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA in Operations / Project Management preferred.
