Job Description:
We are looking to hire an Insurance Executive with basic knowledge of insurance policies and good customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain insurance policies (Life / Health / General) to clients
- Acquire new customers and follow up with existing clients
- Handle policy renewals, documentation, and claim support
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints
- Maintain daily and monthly reports
- Coordinate with office staff and provide field support when required
Eligibility / Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma (Insurance background will be an advantage)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, basic English preferred)
