We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator for Plastic Injection Moulding operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines, ensuring production quality, maintaining safety standards, and achieving daily production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines efficiently. Perform machine setup, start-up, and basic troubleshooting. Ensure production output meets quality and quantity standards. Inspect moulded components for defects and maintain quality records. Handle raw materials and finished goods safely. Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area. Report machine issues, breakdowns, or quality concerns to supervisors. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Support preventive maintenance activities when required. Requirements ITI / Diploma / PUC or equivalent qualification. Experience in plastic injection moulding machine operation preferred. Basic understanding of moulding parameters and production processes. Ability to work in shifts. Good attention to detail and quality standards. Team player with a positive attitude. Preferred Skills Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with automated moulding machines. Familiarity with quality inspection tools.
