Job Summary
The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, increase patient footfall, and strengthen the hospital’s brand image. The role involves building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, and the community to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate outreach programs, health camps, and awareness initiatives.
- Visit corporate companies, institutions, and organizations to generate business tie-ups.
- Promote hospital services to increase patient referrals and admissions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, website updates).
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare industry.
- Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize events, seminars, and public health awareness programs.
- Track and report marketing performance and patient conversion data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
