She/he will Impart training to students of Amrita in respect of the following:
a. Campus to Corporate transition
b. Communication skills • Impact of communication in personal and professional life • Different aspects of communication
c. Presentation skills • Non Verbal aspects of communication • Building Self confidence • Effectively engaging the audience
d. Group Discussion • Interpersonal skills • Listening skills • Assertiveness skills • Initiative and leadership
e. Self awareness and self presentation • SWOT analysis • Giving and receiving feedback about self.
f. Counseling activities for overall development of the student and reference
g. Critical & Creative thinking
h. Other areas that may be considered necessary to enhance the skills of the students, that shall be updated in the syllabus.
He/She is to impart training to students of other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on the above mentioned areas as and when directed by the Director-Corporate Relations, if need be.
He/She is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to his/her areas of training.
