Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Heritage Resort (Pre-Opening)

Crafted entirely in elegant white marble, the property blends timeless royal architecture with modern luxury, offering guests an exceptional hospitality experience inspired by Rajasthan's rich heritage.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our pre-opening F&B operations and establish THE WHITE HOUSE (NATURE VALLEY) as one of Rajasthan's premier luxury dining and hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure exceptional dining and beverage experiences through consistently high standards of service.
- Lead and supervise restaurant, banquet, bar, and other F&B service teams.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and SOPs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff to build a professional and service-oriented team.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Events, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan and coordinate banquets, events, private dining, and special occasions.
- Monitor F&B revenue, daily sales, costs, and operational performance.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, inventory, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments for procurement and stock management.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate F&B records and reports.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, promotions, and seasonal F&B concepts.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professional conduct across F&B operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Support the pre-opening process, including outlet setup, SOP development, staff recruitment, training, mock services, and operational readiness.
- Assist senior management with strategic planning and other operational responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, heritage properties, or fine-dining establishments.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role is preferred.
- Pre-opening experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or luxury hospitality project will be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Full-time managerial position.
- Primarily hotel/resort-based with frequent interaction with guests, staff, vendors, and management.
- May require extended working hours, weekend, evening, and holiday shifts depending on business operations and events.
- Active involvement in pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, outlet setup, and trial operations.
- Requires flexibility and hands-on involvement during the resort's opening and initial operational period.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
