Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external vendors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and facilities management.
- Maintain employee and company records.
- Coordinate vendor payments and office procurement.
- Manage office supplies, courier services, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR with attendance records, employee documentation, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Administration.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the recruitment, consultancy, or service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processing is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and administrative information with integrity.
