About the Role
Skymax Hotel is looking for an experienced, confident, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent front office management experience, and the ability to drive room sales while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Office and ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate all hotel staff.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Manage room inventory, pricing, and occupancy.
- Sell hotel rooms effectively by negotiating with walk-in and corporate guests.
- Provide competitive room rates while maximizing hotel revenue.
- Handle inquiries and bookings for marriage guests, group bookings, and special events.
- Negotiate room rates for wedding parties and group reservations to achieve the best balance between guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Monitor hotel performance and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations.
- Strong knowledge of hotel room pricing, sales, and revenue management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of hotel management software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve guest issues efficiently.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Salary & Benefits
