Job Title: Technical Field Executive (Recovery & Technical Operations)
## Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented *Technical Field Executive* to join our Operations team. This role is primarily focused on *asset recovery and EMI collections (60%), along with **technical support and battery handling (40%)*.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recovery, collections, or field operations, along with basic knowledge of electrical systems and batteries. Candidates must be comfortable traveling extensively, interacting with customers, recovering company assets, and providing basic technical support at customer locations.
## Key Responsibilities
### Recovery & Collections (60%)
* Visit customer locations to recover company assets such as batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
* Collect pending EMI payments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
* Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
* Maintain recovery records and submit daily field activity reports.
* Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams regarding collections and asset recovery.
* Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
### Technical Responsibilities (40%)
* Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of batteries and electrical equipment.
* Assist in battery replacement, installation, and swapping operations.
* Identify and report technical issues at charging or battery swapping stations.
* Ensure recovered batteries and equipment are safely handled and transported.
* Support the Operations team in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
## Eligibility Criteria
* 1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections, field operations, or technical field service.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, or EV-related equipment.
* Experience in loan recovery, EMI collections, NBFC, banking, microfinance, or asset recovery will be preferred.
* ITI (Electrician/Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
* Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
* Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and Google Maps.
## Qualification
* ITI (Electrician/Electrical), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or any Graduate with relevant field experience.
