The Ecommerce Advertising Manager drives online revenue by developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital storefronts and search engines. They manage ad spend, analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) to boost product visibility and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid search, shopping, and display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Budget Optimization: Allocate and monitor monthly ad budgets to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and target customer acquisition costs.
- Data Analytics: Track performance metrics daily (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per click). Use analytics tools to generate actionable reports and test new ad creatives.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and lower the bounce rate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, inventory, and broader marketing teams to align promotions with product availability and brand guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in a digital marketing or ecommerce role with a proven track record of managing paid advertising budgets.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and seller central tools for regional platforms like Amazon or Flipkart.
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
