About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our growing AI & Automation team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, automation, software development, and emerging technologies. You will be involved in building practical AI solutions, developing intelligent automation workflows, and solving real-world business problems using the latest AI tools and platforms.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys learning new technologies, experimenting with AI tools, and turning ideas into reliable, deployable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered applications and solutions using tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and similar platforms.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and automation technologies.
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Build and integrate AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, SaaS platforms, and other third-party applications.
- Develop and optimize AI agents, workflows, and automated processes.
- Take ownership of automation projects from concept and prototyping through development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing AI and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Continuously explore and implement emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
Required Skills
- Strong interest and practical understanding of AI and automation.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently research, learn, and implement new technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Good to Have
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and AI assistants.
- Experience integrating AI with business applications and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of databases and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Experience deploying AI or automation solutions in production environments.
