This is a role for someone who wants to learn, experiment, grow, and scale.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Brainstorm viral content ideas & growth strategies
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter end-to-end.
- Create high-converting content (static, carousels, reels, stories)
- Write engaging captions & CTAs (copywriting basics required)
- Run paid ads using Facebook Ads Manager (lead generation focus)
- Track performance, analyse data & create reports.
- Stay updated with trends, tools & AI integration.s
- Manage community engagement & DMs
- Work on launches (Bootcamps, Courses, Events)
What You Should Know
- Canva (must)
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Social media analytics & reporting
- Basic copywriting
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, automation tools, etc.)
- How to spot trends & act fast
Work Details:
- Part-Time Role
- Work From Home
- 5 working days a week
- Up to 5 hours/day
- Flexible work culture, but availability may occasionally be required based on meetings and business needs
Stipend:₹5,000/month(Performance review after 3 months with potential increment based on performance)
