We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Student Counsellor** to guide UPSC aspirants through the admission process and help them choose the right course based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding UPSC preparation courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with UPSC examinations or the competitive exam industry will be preferred.
