Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Administrator to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, coordinate across departments, manage corporate documentation, support executives, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with business management software and digital tools.
- Males are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
