Job Summary
The Karigar is responsible for crafting, assembling, repairing, and finishing jewellery pieces while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and workmanship in line with Tanishq's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble jewellery as per design specifications.
- Perform jewellery repair, polishing, finishing, and resizing work.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Handle precious metals and materials with care and accountability.
- Maintain productivity while adhering to quality standards.
- Follow company processes, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and store teams for customer-related jewellery requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–10 years of experience as a Karigar in the Jewellery industry.
- Experience in gold, diamond, or precious jewellery manufacturing and repairs.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery craftsmanship techniques and tools.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity.
