Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Head to lead the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at our PP woven bags and packaging manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, process control, customer compliance, ISO systems, and continuous improvement across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA/QC activities in PP woven bags, woven fabrics, laminates, and packaging products.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, inspection plans, and testing procedures.
- Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, dispatch, and purchase teams for quality improvements.
- Manage lab testing, quality documentation, audits, and reporting systems.
- Reduce rejection, wastage, and customer claims through process improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide quality team members and shop-floor operators.
- Handle internal and external audits effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in PP woven bag manufacturing processes.
- Experience in quality systems, process audits, and documentation.
- Knowledge of tensile testing, GSM, lamination, stitching, printing, and fabric inspection.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Plastics, Polymer, Textile, Mechanical, or related field.
Experience
- 0 to 5 years of experience in packaging, plastics, woven sacks, or PP woven bag manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
