Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month
Working Days: 5.5 Days | Every Saturday Half Day
Work Mode: On-site
Notice Period: Maximum 15 Days | Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter from the Jewellery/Retail Industry to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on store hiring, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Handle store hiring, including Store Managers, Sales Associates and other retail positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory Jewellery/Retail Industry experience.
- Candidates from reputed jewellery brands preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in store hiring, vendor management and stakeholder management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice preferred.
Note: Job title can be aligned with the candidate's current designation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
