We cater to domestic as well as international Tier-1 customers across diverse industries. With integrated manufacturing facilities in Mysuru and Belagavi, Karnataka, our foundry and machine shop have a consolidated production capacity of 7,200 metric tonnes of machined iron castings annually.

Position: Plant Head / Plant Incharge
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee our foundry and machining shop and drive operational excellence across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall plant operations with a workforce of 150–200 employees, including approximately 30 supervisors, managers, and department heads.
- Drive production planning and control (PPC) to achieve delivery and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Improve operational efficiency through labour productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor and drive New Product Development (NPD) timelines and project execution.
- Ensure effective plant maintenance, housekeeping, and implementation of 5S practices.
- Oversee HR-related operational matters, including workforce management and discipline.
- Monitor material and resource consumption to improve cost efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Production, Maintenance, PPC, Projects, HR, and Sales.
- Ensure the Quality function reports directly to the Plant Incharge and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 15–25 years of manufacturing experience, with significant exposure to plant leadership.
- Experience managing manufacturing operations with 150–200 employees.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional management skills.
- Exposure to machining, automotive manufacturing, or engineering industries is preferred.
- Foundry experience is not mandatory.
