Full Stack Backend Developer Python FastAPI
Were currently searching for a Fullstack Backend Developer to join our growing team We are a diverse agileoriented usercentered software development organization that consistently exceeds our customers expectations
We have an immediate need for someone with the skill sets below
Primary Responsibilities
Develop backend solutions using Python and FastAPI adhering to industry best practices in design performance scalability and security
Ensure clean welldocumented and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on code quality extensibility and reusability
Contribute to architectural design automated testing CICD pipelines and build management
Implement unit and functional tests to ensure software quality
Participate in all phases of the Product Development Life Cycle from design input to verification and test automation
Maintain comprehensive documentation including development plans architecture design and requirements specifications
Analyze and influence technical system and user requirements
Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and availability
Lead root cause analysis of system issues to minimize impact and prevent recurrence
Evaluate tools and technologies for continuous improvement and project fitment
Lead a highperforming team across onsiteoffshore locations ensuring quality deliverables
Flexibly take on roles such as developer tester or business analyst as needed
Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
10 years of experience in the software industry
4 years of experience developing and managing RESTful API applications with productionscale deployments
2 years of experience integrating with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS
Experience in clientbusiness stakeholder management
Experience building scalable applications in Google Cloud Platform GCP using services like Cloud Run Cloud Functions Cloud Build GKE PubSub etc
Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices design
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL including schema design and optimization
Demonstrable experience with CICD pipelines using Cloud Build GitHub Actions or similar
