About us :
We are building a quick-commerce platform and are looking for an experienced Node.js Backend Developer to work on an existing backend codebase and help us scale the platform.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for understanding the current architecture, enhancing existing APIs, building new features, optimizing performance, and supporting integrations required for a fast-growing quick-commerce product.
Responsibilities :
- Work with an existing Node.js backend codebase
- Develop and maintain REST APIs
- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries
- Implement new business requirements and features
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability
Required Skills :
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Good experience with MongoDB l
- Experience building scalable REST APIs
- Understanding of authentication and authorization
- Experience with Git and version control
- Ability to understand and work with existing codebases
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, delivery, marketplace, or logistics platforms
- Experience with payment gateway integrations
- Experience with cloud deployment and server management
