Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CSA Design Coordinator – Civil to support design coordination activities for a Data Center / MEP Project at Shad Nagar, Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Civil/Structural/Architectural design coordination, drawing review, multidisciplinary coordination and design documentation, preferably within Data Center, Mission Critical, MEP, Industrial or Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP design activities.
- Review and coordinate GFC, Shop Drawings, GA Drawings and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, design teams, MEP teams and site execution teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes, discrepancies and interface issues.
- Review design changes and coordinate drawing revisions.
- Handle RFIs, technical queries and design-related clarifications.
- Review BOQ, BBS and other design documentation.
- Ensure drawings and design deliverables are aligned with project requirements.
- Support smooth coordination between design and site teams.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and track design issues to closure.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in CSA Design / Design Coordination.
- Experience in Civil / Structural / Architectural coordination.
- Experience in Data Center / Mission Critical / MEP / Industrial / Commercial projects preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- Experience in GFC and Shop Drawing review.
- Experience coordinating with MEP, Structural, Architectural and Site teams.
- Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, RFI and technical documentation.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Shad Nagar Project Site, Hyderabad.

Candidate Profile
Candidates currently working in Design Coordination / CSA Design / Civil Design Coordination roles with relevant multidisciplinary project experience are preferred.
Pure Site Execution / QA-QC profiles without substantial design coordination experience may not be considered.
