Job Description :
- Maintain accurate stock for plant as required.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are followed.
- Supervise unloading, labelling, and proper stacking of all materials.
- Ensure safe and organized storage as per material type and safety norms.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping in the store area.
- Record all inward and outward entries in Inventory Management System as well as excel file.
- Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Co-ordination with Maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules, shortages, or damage claims
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure proper tagging, batch tracking, and material traceability.
- Handle internal and external audits like ISO-9001
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain both soft copies (Excel records) and hard copies (manual registers) of inventory.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
