Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline operations for luxury residential interior projects. This role demands excellence in project delivery, strong cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of luxury interior projects from concept to handover
- Ensure premium quality standards, timelines, and budgets are consistently met
- Coordinate seamlessly between design, execution, vendors, and client teams
- Handle high-end clientele communication with clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Manage client expectations, updates, and escalations with a solution-first approach
- Drive operational excellence through SOPs, KPIs, and structured reporting
- Manage vendor onboarding, negotiations, and procurement processes
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for faster execution

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
