Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, CRM databases, digital inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily calling targets, follow-up goals, and monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Provide customers with product specifications, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Coordination & CRM Management
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, dispatch, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare daily sales reports, call reports, pipeline reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Support lead generation and marketing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Sales Coordination, Customer Acquisition, Telecalling, or a similar B2B sales role.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
