Job Description – HR Executive
1. Brief About the Position
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance management, payroll support, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with organizational policies.
2. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database accurately.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and clearance processes.
- Prepare Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
- Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and Wage Code requirements.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR documentation and compliance.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.

- Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi
5. Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS, attendance, and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
6. Grade & Salary
- Grade: Executive Level
- Salary: ₹2,16,000 – ₹2,64,000 per annum
7. Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Attendance Management, and Employee Documentation.
8. KPI / KRA
- Timely closure of HR operational activities.
- Accuracy of attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records.
- Error-free preparation of HR documentation and reports.
- Successful onboarding and exit management within defined timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
