Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting LegUp’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and digital channels
- Identify potential clients and convert inquiries into business
- Explain LegUp services (nanny care, elderly care, maternity support) to customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Strong communication English, Hindi, and any regional language.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
