We're building our sales engine from the ground up, and we want ONE hungry person to own it. Perform, and in 6 months you're not a salesperson, you're leading your own sales team.
This is not a comfortable desk job. This is a "your effort decides your paycheck" job.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through DMs, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Qualify prospects and figure out who's a real buyer
- Run discovery calls and understand what the client actually needs
- Move deals to close (with founder support in your early months)
- Keep a clean, updated pipeline so nothing slips
Who we're looking for
- Strong communicator in Hindi and English, comfortable on calls all day
- Hungry for money, commission excites you more than a fixed salary
- Thick-skinned, you don't crumble when someone says no (they will, a lot)
- Coachable, low ego, always looking to get better
- Any prior selling is a big plus (ed-tech, insurance, real estate, even college fest sponsorships). No prior sales? Show us the hustle instead.
