Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT services and software development solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring target achievement and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in IT services sales/business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Experience in team handling and mentoring BDEs.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound sales strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or APAC).
- Understanding of software development, outsourcing, and managed service models.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
