AI Product Manager
Role Objective
Build and manage AI-powered products and intelligent automation solutions that enhance admissions, marketing, HR, operations, and overall institutional efficiency. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle by identifying business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable AI solutions aligned with EduFlourish's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered solutions.
- Identify business problems and develop AI-driven products to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications and user stories.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and product releases.
- Integrate Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows into business processes.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and continuously improve features using analytics and feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ensure AI products comply with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Coordinate product testing, user acceptance, and successful product launches.
- Prepare product dashboards, reports, and updates for leadership.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend new product opportunities.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered product development.
- Experience with AI model integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong product management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
