2D Draftsman – Residential Interior Projects
Job Title: 2D Draftsman (Residential Interiors)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled 2D Draftsman with experience in residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed working drawings and execution drawings for villas, apartments, and residential spaces, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for residential interior projects.
- Develop furniture layouts, floor plans, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and sectional details.
- Prepare joinery and furniture shop drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project coordinators, and site engineers.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, design modifications, and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and ready for execution.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in residential interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
- Good understanding of residential interior detailing, materials, and execution methods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other visualization software is an added advantage.
- Experience in villa and apartment interior fit-out projects.
