About the Role
Alumeta Industries is looking for an International Procurement & Operations Executive to support international procurement activities and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with UK/USA staff regarding supplier visits, inspections, material availability, loading schedules, and operational updates
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, negotiations, shipment schedules, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Follow up with suppliers regarding orders and procurement activities
- Identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities through online platforms, directories, trade websites, and industry networks
- Maintain supplier databases and follow-up records
- Prepare professional emails and manage supplier communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration/ International Business/ Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional email writing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Negotiation and supplier follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of import-export procedures (Preferred)
- Experience in procurement, international trade, or supply chain operations (Preferred)
Role Objective
To ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, overseas teams, and internal operations while supporting procurement activities and business growth.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
