Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee construction and finishing activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil construction practices, site management, quality control, and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce effectively.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with related Civil/Construction qualifications may also apply.
- Proven experience in site supervision, construction, or finishing works.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
Experience:
- Prior experience in site supervision is mandatory.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior finishing projects will be an added advantage.
