ABOUT THE ROLE
Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) needs a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at Karmyogi Gram township — managing labour, materials, quality and safety at site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise civil, masonry, plastering & infrastructure works on site
- Monitor & manage daily labour attendance & productivity
- Ensure materials are received, stored & consumed correctly
- Conduct site inspections for quality & safety compliance
- Maintain daily work records; report to project engineer
- Ensure PPE compliance & site cleanliness at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Civil / Construction) preferred
- 3–7 years as site supervisor in construction / real estate
- Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
- Strong people management & on-ground coordination skills
- Good communication in Hindi; basic English literacy preferred
