Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across assigned territories and accounts
- Cold call and follow up with prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely deliveries
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
- Participate in exhibitions, food events, corporate activations, and networking opportunities
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Handle B2B tie-ups with corporate offices, hostels, PGs, retail stores, gyms, cafés, and distributors
- Work with resellers, affiliates, and channel partners to expand market reach

Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in social media marketing and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate product shoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and sampling activities
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- Help create festive offers, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns
- Collect customer testimonials, reviews, and feedback for brand building
- Support offline marketing activities and local brand promotions

Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Hindi & English
- Confidence in sales pitching and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital marketing
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, hospitality, FMCG, or D2C brands preferred

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, food brands, or hospitality
- Candidates with local market knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR preferred
