- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line phone calls while taking detailed, accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Assist internal teams with clerical tasks including data entry, hardcopy filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and incoming corporate emails.
- Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area stocked with necessary marketing materials or stationery.
- Calendar Management: Schedule client appointments, organize meeting rooms, and assist with employee travel arrangements.
- Office Security: Follow safety protocols by monitoring building access, verifying visitor IDs, and issuing temporary access badges.
