Senior Product Manager – Payments & Transactions Remote | Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive our payments and transactions product suite. You'll work at the intersection of technology, finance, and user experience — shaping how our customers send, receive, and manage money. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence product strategy, revenue, and millions of transactions.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments and transactions, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver seamless payment experiences
- Define success metrics and use data to drive prioritization and decision-making
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
- Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC) with confidence
- Collaborate with external partners — payment processors, banks, card networks — to unlock new capabilities
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a strong product culture
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial services
- Deep understanding of payment rails — card networks, ACH, real-time payments, wallets, or cross-border transfers
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, A/B testing, and product analytics tools
- Proven track record of shipping products at scale
- Excellent communication skills — you can align stakeholders and write crisp PRDs equally well
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or embedded payments products
- Familiarity with open banking or API-first payment platforms
- Background in a regulated financial environment

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
