*Assistant Insurance Manager – Job Description*
*Role Overview*
Supports the Insurance Manager in daily branch/area operations, sales targets, team handling, and client servicing. Acts as a bridge between agents/advisors and senior management.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Sales & Business Development*: Drive new business premium through agents, brokers, and direct clients. Track team targets for policies like life, health, motor, etc.
- *Team Management*: Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors/agents. Conduct daily huddles, product training, and sales reviews.
- *Client Servicing*: Handle policy issuance, claims support, renewals, and customer grievances. Ensure high persistency ratios.
- *Operations & Compliance*: Verify KYC/documents, ensure IRDAI guidelines are followed, maintain MIS reports, and coordinate with underwriting/claims teams.
- *Reporting*: Share daily/weekly sales numbers, pipeline, and conversion reports with the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
