We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle meetings independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client meetings (online & offline)
- Understand client requirements and brief internal teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and documents
- Follow up with clients for approvals and feedback
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams
- Support the sales team with pitches and lead conversions
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery
- Track project status and share regular updates

- Professional grooming and confident personality
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Good documentation & MS Office / Google Docs knowledge

Preferred
